About The Founders

Himalayan Gatherer is co-founded by Kanav Vaidya and Vipin Parmar. Their shared vision for sustainability and conservation in the Himalayas and love for the bounty of the mountains encouraged the duo to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure.

With this website, they seek to share and highlight the renowned products of the Himalayan Mountains throughout India and the world in general. Some of the items on offer are already renowned worldwide for their excellent qualities. The others are hidden gems, that while famous in the region, are not yet as well known to the rest of the world.

Their goal is to bring these rare and premium products to the forefront. Many of these items are highly valued in traditional knowledge, like the Ayurveda. And these continue to enjoy love and appreciation in the modern world.
