The Fiddlehead fern used in our pickles is gathered from the hills of Himachal. The ferns are young, tender, and tightly curled with firm shoots. They grow on damp forest floors near small streams. Commonly consumed as a seasonal vegetable, we have pickled the fiddleheads for our consumers to enjoy it throughout the year.
